With this method, All that you have to do is visit stropay.me and select MTN or AirtelTigo Mobile money and then Paypal USD for your “You Receive” exchange. After this, you’ll be redirected to a page to make payment for the amount of PayPal USD you want to receive.
So with this method, What you are basically doing is, Buying Paypal USD with Mobile money in Ghana Cedis. It doesn’t necessarily have to be bought with mobile money, you can buy it by sending money to Stopay’s Bank account or visiting their office to pay in cash.
